Refund Policy
At RWC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- While receiving the parcel, making an unboxing video is mandatory, Faults or damages claims will only be accepted on the basis of the unboxing video.
- Faults or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
- If you are not satisfied, you can return your watch within 7 days of receiving it. A refund will be issued for the product price, excluding shipping and handling costs
- Products with scratches, visible usage, or damage cannot be accepted under our quality standards. In such cases, the watch will be returned to the customer, and no refund or exchange will apply
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Return courier charges will be paid by the customer.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Customized or engraved watches.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items marked as final sale.
1.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:

- We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
2. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange, follow these steps:

- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective or damaged item.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 24 Hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement.
